We Provide Non-Recourse Cash Loans against Financial Instruments as a Security to the Loan, We are also currently running a program on Non-Recourse Loans whereby we merge both Financial Instrument Provider (The Lessor) and The Monetizer (The Lender) together in favor of the Lessee (The Borrower) who do not have BG/SBLC or collateral for the Loan, This program is meant specifically for the purpose of providing the BG/SBLC (Collateral) to those clients who do not have the facility to provide BG/SBLC as collateral to the Loan, whereby the BG/SBLC will be Leased by the (The Lender) on behalf of (The Borrower).
The most interesting part of First Asia Finance Int’l Ltd transaction procedure is that (The Borrower) will be given the privilege of paying (The Provider) the Leasing fee of 3% of the Face Value of the Leased BG/SBLC, 15 Days prior to the expiration of the Leased Instrument which is usually for a Leasing Period of 1 Year and 1 Month, by this way First Asia Finance Int’l Ltd (The Monetizer / The Lender) secures both the BG/SBLC (Collateral) and Loan amount for you (The Borrower).
